Since 2008 ROLS has implemented a management system in accordance with the international standard UNI EN ISO 9001, a choice to perform assuring the continuous control of processes and customer satisfaction.
The Certification ensures constant check and monitoring of all activities related to the development and manufacturing of products for the hygiene, health and beauty of skin and hair.
ROLS uses staff constantly and regularly trained, a site set up to be easily sanitized in order to reduce the risk of raw material and finished product contamination, cleaning procedures given by written rules and effective sanitizing material, quality check at each step of production cycle.
The production cycle is led and controlled by defined procedures to guarantee the Quality: traceability is ensured for any lot, every single production batch lifecycle is always available.
We obtained ISO 22716 Certification in May 2016.
ISO 22716 (Cosmetic-GMP-Guideline on Good Manufacturing Practices) is an international standard enacted by ISO (International Organization for Standardization) on GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) of cosmetics industry, and nations all over the world such as USA, Europe and Japan have already adopted and operated ISO 22716 as a guideline for cosmetics quality.
ROLS obtained the certification through continuous system improvement for securing quality and safety to our product range includes skin care, hair care and talcum powder.
